This kind of pseudo-invitation started a few years ago. They immediately appeared suspect to me, and younger colleagues asked what to do. In fact as soon as you ask the organizers they “offer” some discount on the high inscription fees. Anyway we never went farther with these organizations looking more as commercial companies. My advice is to prefer nonprofit organizations like chemical societies, and their technical groups as conference organizers.

You can authenticate the information about the conference by contacting the keynote speakers who are usually established Professors. Once confirmed, you can discuss any questions you have with the organising committee.

It looks like fraud. If you search at www.conferenceseries.com, the 15th International Conference on Environmental Chemistry was last year, and now it's the 21st. It does not make sense. I don't think you should pay for anything.
Kindly ascertain if the conference is real or fictitious to avoid losing money. I haven't heard people paying to be speakers in conferences unless this is new to me

These ego-boosting invitations are nothing more than calls for abstracts to questionable "conferences". They make you feel more special and so more likely to say goodbye to your money.
I agree with the sentiments by Jean-François Gal and John Francis Miller this is caution for us young scholars as I have had similar experiences as Sergio Ibarra-Espinosa just that I did not have money at that time. Lesson learnt.

An unfortunate downside of being a corresponding author on papers is an influx of this sort of contact, and I have to say the strategies of these people are diversifying.
I recently had what looked like a genuine request for a copy of the SI for a paper, with indication that the originator of the email wanted to discuss the suitability of an approach in their research.
The next reply however flipped to the conventional copy/paste, "please send us your manuscript", publish, review, join our editorial board, present at our conference etc. garbage.
Additionally being affiliated with a commercial company and having my email address out there on papers means I am also constantly inundated with people wanting to sell me attendee lists from trade shows.
The conference organizers should know better. On special invitation to make presentation by the organizers on special issue they should offset some of your expenses. But as conference attendee/participant to present your own article/paper as a speaker you have to pay the stipulated conference fee.
