The dichotomy is incorrect. The distinction is between identifying the results of measurements with average values of probability distributions of negligible width about them (which is the case of classical physics of integrable systems) and realizing that the probability distributions don't have negligible width, but the average values still are typical values (which is the case of thermal and quantum systems). Then there are the classical deterministically chaotic systems and the classical systems with quenched disorder, for which the average values of the probability distributions aren't the same as their typical values.

In that on QM scale the measurements results aren’t deterministic, there is nothing mystic, on QM scale processes, including measurements, are fundamentally random. So just if QM measurements results would be deterministic, that would be something that is mystic.

Actually, Heisenberg assumed that we need to send photons towards matter to be able to observe it, which he rightly concluded that this would disturb their state and prevent us from exactly localizing them.
He only forgot that we don't need to send any photons towards them to observe them. They pretty well are naturally energized by natural light, so we do not really disturb them by observing the light that they re-emit after having been energized from other sources.
So this is just a false issue that has plagued research at the fundamental level for the past 100 years.
