I want to perform a GWAS on the octoploid Fragaria x ananassa, does anyone know which (software) tool is able to do this?

The genotyping data we have comes from a GBS analysis, I added screenshot from our data as example. We also have our GBS data available in a VCF file. The phenotypical is scoring data from a Bio assay and can be adjusted into any format.

We already found some software tools to perform a GWAS like, TASSEL, GAPIT, SHEsis and GWASpoly but none of them is supporting octoploid data as far as I know.

I hope anyone can help me out with a software tool which can do a GWAS on octoploid data or know how to adjust the tools or data so it is usable for octoploid data.
