Hi! I just had a manuscript rejected for publication, reviewer 2 stated that since we did not perform repeats, just replicates, the reproducibility of the results is compromised. Basically, our protocol stained cells from mesenteric lymph nodes and spleen from C57bl/6 mice who were submitted to a food allergy protocol. Question, is it possible to do repeated measures of MLN and spleen?
We also collected blood samples from the animals in different timepoints during the protocol, but I can't understand how to collect spleen and MLN in different occasions. We did replicates of each group thrice.
