I just isolated a number of strains of the Early-diverging fungi (e.g., Chytridiomycota, Rozellomycota, etc.) on PmTG agar and YpSs, I like to know at what concentration of glycerol can cryopreserve fungus. and I am currently using a 10% concentration of glycerol, but I don't know what is the best concentration of glycerol to use for this group of fungi?

Is anyone trying this concentration or is there a better concentration option?
