I need to know levels of interleukin-4 in healthy and allergic childrens (age 6-12 yrs)

I want to check the effect of plant extract on levels of interleukin-4 in children with allergic symptoms and compare with healthy children.

I do not have a definite answer for you, but I know that Erika von Mutius has done alot of research on childhood asthma and allergies. As far as I remember they also measured IFNy and IL-4 from cord blood of new borns and older children. Maybe you can find it with the help of pubmed:
