I am graduate student and need help deciding which journal to submit my article. The article pertains to surface and inter-facial properties of food oils. It is very engineering and physical chemistry focused.
I have the following two options in mind:
1) LWT
2) Journal of food engineering
Can you help me decide which is a better journal for the type of work described above based on their ratings. Also if there is any other suggestions of journals for me.
