If your PCR product is not bigger than 500 bp then you can use Taq, If you are doing very sensitive ( want to avoid errors,mutation) and bigger than 500 bp, you can use Pfu.
Taq automatically add one 3'A to the end PCR product but Pfu does not. So, if you are using pfu, after finishing the PCR reaction add little amount of Taq and incubate 10 min at 72 C. It will add 3'A to the final product.
