Dear all.Hi.
i want to design a primer for gene(BCl2) that have multiple variant. And I can not design a primer that includes all my gene variants and also be specific for my gene. what should i do now????
You can work with a mixture of multiple primers - try to keep the annealing temperatures as similar as possible.
Annemarie Honegger thanks a lot
