I have eighteen primer pairs for use in SSR study and I want them labelled with M13. How do I do it. Do I have all forward primers labelled?

I have 18 SSR markers and I want to do diversity studies using M13 labelled primers as I am told it is cheaper. How do I go about instructing the primer synthesizing company which primers to label and which ones not to label. Please help.
