Ezgi, There are many reasons why a sensor goes wrong.
Make sure the light path is not blocked and the light source is functioning. Then try recalibrating your instrument with new standards, and keep track of all your procedure and readings. If still wrong, see if there is a way to re-set the instrument to initial manufacturer's condition, reset the probe and try again a calibration. If still gives you bad readings contact the manufacturer, the technical support department and explain, in detail what you did and what the results were. Good luck
Dear Dr Henry I actually changed the standards and sent an e-mail to the manufacturer. I'm going to try the way you advice. Thank you very much for your interest.
