I have a problem about real-time turbidimeter for lamp reaction. it started not to give tt values anymore,I changed all the reagents help me please?

I use Loopamp Real Time Turbidimeter LA500, It was working and my results were going very welll. I don't know whether the cause of problem is about the turbidimeter or not?
