I am working on Artificial dermal matrix project and I have extracted collagen, I want to incorporate the synthetic elastin or tropoelastin in the collagen I extracted so that the dermal matrix is expandable like elastic, can anyone tell me how much of elastin should be added to collagen, and in what ratio for it to act elastic? Does anyone have a protocol for it
