I think the k-e model will do. If you have time, try SST k-w. I often use it for different processes.

Well, first of all you should focus the goal of your simulation. What are the parameters you want to analyse? Depending on your answer, you could wonder about a suitable formulation (not model) for your flow problem. Are you simulating the full problem with air-water ?
