Most of the labs do not produce primary cultures except with Tg2576. Most of the studies compare one Tg mice at different age or compared to control. Most of the studies only use mutant APP Tg mice. There should be be a lab that compared Ab42 in an APPWT mice versus mutant APP mice... please ?!

We have numerous papers on this, initially with heterozygous Tg2576 compared to wild type embryos from the same mother, but more recently also with AP/PS1 transgenics from Jackson Labs. Tg2576: Takahashi RH et al. 2004; Almeida CG et al. 2005; Almeida CG et al. 2006; Tampellini D et al., 2007; etc.; APP/PS1 transgenics: Klementieva O et al., 2017.
