Anyone know how to concatenate several protein sequences for phylogenetic analysis?
You can use MEGA to do it.
If you can use linux, https://github.com/nylander/catfasta2phyml is a alternative choice.
There are custom scripts available too, such as here:
https://github.com/Michigan-Mycology/Lab-Code-and-Hacks/tree/master/Phylogenomics/how_to_concatenate_algns
Here in PJ is what I would like to obtain Thanks to anyone who would have an idea!
