I am looking for an animal model for bone metastases - preferably mixed lesions of both osteoblastic and osteolytic type?

I want to evaluate therapeutic efficacy, or at least in vivo behaviour, of various radiopharmaceuticals targeting bone lesions in cancer therapy. I will be looking more towards fundamental behaviour of these radiopharmaceuticals.
