We intend to run microfluidic diagnostic tests in small volumes (few µl). Can anyone make a suggestion for filters/combinations of filters avoiding massive hemolysis?
We cannot work with centrifuges.
Why can't you centrifuge the microhematocrit tubes? You don't need a machine to do this.
You may also use a piece of filter paper. This is what many of the automated diabetic test devices use I think.
