I had set an autodock run for docking an atp molecule to a kinase enzyme. I had set the number of GA runs to 1000. But, after the dock run had completed and I try to analyze the .dlg file, I am hit by the following error in the IDLE shell. The error is given below. Can someone explain why I am experiencing the error for the past few consecutive runs?
