Sorry, I was not clear.

So I will be feeding these proteins to cancer cells, which scavenge nutrients from their environment by macropinocytosis. I want to feed these cancer cells proteins that can be further processed in the ER to increase ER stress. I am not sure how feasible this is, it is an idea I would like to test.
