If anyone interested in collaborative work "design, synthesis and biological evaluation of small organic compounds with potential cytotoxic and tubulin polymerization inhibitory activity?
in a current study, we have synthesized several series of small organic compounds with potential anti-tubulin activity. Some of the new compounds were evaluated in vitro for their cytotoxic activity and mechanistic studies. although this work is a partially funded, but most of the fund was spent in the organic synthesis and identification of the new compounds. Now, we have started an optimization process of our newly designed compounds and we need to collaborate with pharmacologists working in this field.
Currently, we can not pay for the kits which could be used in these assay.
The new compounds are isolated in >98% purity and their chemical structures were confirmed.
From my experience, the best way to find a partner for collaborative research is by first performing a search survey on the subject. From the related recently published manuscript(s) that will appear in your search you will be able to find, parse through and select from a number of suitable partners. You will also be able to get their names and contact information in order to directly communicate with them.
Reach out and clarify to them your proposal and what exactly you are expecting to be their contribution. It is always useful to sign with him/her a memorandum of agreement.
