Hi all - I'll be developing assays to detect mucosal IgA and IgG in human saliva and stool matrices via ELISA/MSD.

The stool samples will need to be purified so I am searching for a method to do that first. However, do saliva samples need to be purified prior to Ig quantitation or can they be used in the assay as is?

Does anyone have any leads or prior experience using these matrices?
