what is the broad/universal primer for amplification of HPV. I have searched and found universal primer MY09 and MY11 and SPF10 using the L1 . But i couldnot finf the primer sequence. I would like to know the full sequence of these primers.
Hi Hriush,
MY09/MY11 is a very common degenerate primer set for HPV L1 gene amplification and detection. Please find some attached articles.
