I want to measure flavonoid content by HPLC using a standard method labelled "QP#2015.2". Does anyone know the precise description of this method? This particular method is needed for quality control issues of a product, however no detailed protocols were provided. I hope it seems familiar to someone..
If not, where can I start looking for standard methods?

We have a developed method to determine 5 flavonoids that they most related to human health including quercetin. Our developed method based on Hertog 1993, I have attached you my developed method. However, I did quick search for HPLC method QP#2015.2 but no use. Second thing why you cost your self with individual separation of HPLC compounds and as you know there are more than 5000 flavonoids have been identified. So you can think to measure total flavonoids using quercetin as standard, or even total phenols. I hope that I gave you little direction
