would anyone have a good suggestions for how / where to determine which of the most common growth factors like FGFs, EGFs,... are released by particular cell lines (and control) without buying all the ELISA kits?
We generally use Eve Technologies for determining different signaling molecules in cell supernatant / mouse serum, but they focus a lot on more cytokines and the like. Thanks in advance.

Do you mean produced by isolated cells from the mouse? Obviously not quite representative of protein but have you considered qPCR? May be a good starting point to find what mRNAs are produced by each line, use the results to narrow down ELISA selection.

You should maybe buy the growth factor array from either millipore or Ray Bio.This could be a more feasible option instead of buying all the mouse ELISA kits.

Look it up, browse sites. I'm sure it has been researched and published, all that remains is to sift through the results to find what is accurate.
