there is equivalent plastic strain in abaqus , however von mises stresses shows values of stresses under yield stresses , what is that ??
in johnson cook hardening characteristics should A= yield stress and it's equal 300 mpa ,however maximum stresses doesn't exceed 140 mpa, so that plastic strain shouldn't be exist

I assume that you have specified a vonmises yield criterion in the input. Since you are using Johnson Cook hardening with m=1, I assume that your yield stress is temperature dependent. At high temperatures the yield stress (generally) drops. Kindly check the yield at supplied temperature.
You can also check the material behavior by plotting the equivalent stress vs strain at location where stress is highest. The slope of the curve shall change at yielding and you can also see what is the (apparent) yield stress at that location.
but abaqus said the temperature will suppressed during analysis as i entered all values of it equal zero
See my next suggestion i.e. plot stress vs strain at the location of highest stress and determine the stress at which the material is yielding.
Have you specified Von Mises yield criterion?
Is it an isothermal simulation (constant temperature) or are you taking heat transfer into account? If it is isothermal simulation then you must specify the temperature equal to the room temperature. I am not an Abaqus user so Im not sure how it works in abaqus. What is the room temperature and melt temperature? You must specify the temperature equal to room temperature (not zero) to neglect the effect of temperature on hardening.
