How to use two antennas with a single Bluetooth module? (BLE repeater)?

Or would the best solution be to have two BLE modules, one responsible for scanning for beacons and the other one responsible for retransmitting the advertisements, with a communication link between them on a PCB?

you have three options:

- to use two antennas simultaneously by power divider

- to use a single RF antenna for transmission and reception by SPDT RF switch. The switch should have a logic in order to choose between the output paths

- to use a RF circulator that shares a single common antenna between transmitter and receiver.
