Your signal is saturating the amplifier. Check if your gain is too high. Otherwise try a lower value for the feedback resistor.

Check the Ag/AgCl interfaces and their connections (pipette holder, reference electrode connection to the headstage).

If it persists look for leaks, or conductive materials in contact with the solution in the chamber.
