this is my first time trying gc-ms please help me out

To use squalene as an internal standard for GC-MS analysis, prepare a stock solution by dissolving approximately 0.4 g of squalene in hexane to a final volume of 100 mL. For calibration, include an internal standard concentration of about 1.0 mg/mL in each sample for accurate quantification.
