Hello fellows

I’m planning to check how genetically modified cells will respond on paclitaxel (commonly used cytostatic in ovarian cancer treatment). I’ve read that this cytostatic is lipophilic so it won’t dissolve in water. I’ve got it already in liquid solution and I’d like to know if I just should add it straightly to culture medium (like for example cisplatin in which case fortunately it does dissolve in water) in a proper amount or I should use some buffer or something?

Thanks in advance
