Dear Munjal,

There is no need full-text access to journals for citation information. You can access citation informations (bibliometric details) without subscribing from any journal web page or even from google scholar. Also, files with the .ris extension are for EndNote software and this software requires a subscription.

I have never used the software you mentioned, but I can recommend Mendeley to you. Mendeley is a free and useful reference management software from Elsevier. You can reach the software click on the link below;

Software mentioned are used for analysis of bibliographic information, author mapping etc.

Good discussion. Is it possible to import all the articles in mendeley from different databases than export the data and do bibliometric analysis by using softwares like VOSviewer, and Biblioshiny?

I was asking about how we can vombine data from scopus and Web of Science? Is there any software or technique which is easy?
