The conditions I used are:
1- sonication: AMPL:20%, 30 sec (10 Sec pulses).
2- Boil at 95 for 5 Min
3- Run in SDS at 95 V for 90 min
4- 4-20% gel
What may contribute to this waving and how to fix it?
