Can someone tell me how to transfer the agarose gel with spheres from the 24-well plate onto the gold plate??
I am using 1% agarose (about 1 mm thick), and every time i try to transfer it, it breaks, or folds...
I want to transfer it because i want to research the spheres with Raman microscopy.

Its difficult, you can try to remove agar from the spheres ,but then they will not be anymore spheres. using agar dissolving media (cell biolabs)
