Hello, I want to compare some viability methods in one cancer cell line after irradiation, including MTT , Trypan blue and colony forming assay?

Hi there, what is the best way for culturing normal brain cell in form of spheroids?

I used liquid overlay tech for glioblastoma spheroids , but I am not sure that it works for astrocytes . do you have any experience with this method or other ones for normal cells
