How to transfeect suspension cells, DB and Karpas-422 for insatance to have a maximum transfection efficiency?

Hello everyone, please I have been having difficulties in transfecting DB and Karpas-422 suspension cells with the lentivirus, can anyone suggest or advise me on the possible solution, I have doesn't this several times and still i have not been able to have good outcome, this is a bit different from adherent cells. I will be grateful for your response. thank you all in advance.
