I am looking for a protocol for transfection of insect cells with in vitro transcriptions using Lipofectamine 2000. I tried the protocol recommended by Thermo Fisher but NO success. Any suggestion?

Are you transfecting the in vitro transcription reaction mix, or purifying the RNA? Are you making RNA with MAXIScript or MEGAScript? We generally prepare both sense and antisense RNA with MAXIScript, then anneal to make dsRNA. Then, purify the dsRNA following phenol-chloroform method. Finally, we transfect this purified dsRNA into Drosophila S2 cells.
