I detected some proteins in a tissue but the gene mostly expressed in another tissue. I guess the protein might be transported from the original tissue. How can I prove it or how can I track the protein movement in plants?

How far is the transport? If it were through phloem or xylem saps, you could collect them and analyze.
You could perform in situ detection of mRNA and of the protein. If the signals won't overlap, it must be transported.

As it is such short-range transport, another possibility would be application of labelled nucleotides/amino acids (depending on what you expect to be transported) on one organ and analysing the organs separately.
Similarly, if you managed to transform your plant with your GOI under promoter inducible by some chemical, you could apply the chemical only to one organ and again detect your protein in the others.
