The fuel is only one component determining the emission of pollution. You'll need to know specifics about the diesel engine and about the operation. While the sulphur content of the fuel will be a major contributor to SO2 emissions, the nitrogen of the NOx emissions comes from the air required for burning the fuel.

Well, the air required for burning the fuel is not determined but I know that the diesel engine is a MAN B&W Two-stroke Diesel Engine.
