How to surround Metal Nanoparticle with Ni and Fe complex?

Hello everyone

i am facing a problem related to the encapsulation of Metal Nanoparticle inside Ni and Fe Complex. everytime either i get a network of Ni and Fe or sometimes aggregates.

any suggestions ?
