I'd like to study a interested protein and get all the possible DNA sequences that interacted with the protein, however, I could not get the IP antibody of the protein, so I'd like to know are there any other methods can help me to do this research?

If a targeted approach is what you want the traditional Yeast One-hybrid screen can do the trick, other than that you can look into DAP-Seq for an in vitro approach as described in : Mapping genome-wide transcription-factor binding sites using DAP-seq

You may also be interested in ATAC-seq. It allows to predict binding events of transcription factors by the shape of the accessibility peak (called footprinting). Advantage is that you can get a rough idea what is in general binding, in one ATAC experiment, which you can validate with specific ChIPs afterwards.
