I prepared liver section and also took photographs. Now I don't know how to analyse the histology. What are the parameters we need to study including necrosis and hemorrhage? How to find out pathological conditions in liver section including necrosis?
To study/ interpret liver histology, first you need to have background knowledge of normal histology of liver. Then proceed to pathological changes. In studying pathological changes (any tissue, not only liver), you need to know the inflammatory changes, adaptive changes, morphology of cell injury and cell death, neoplastic changes and lastly artifacts.
If you are new to this area better get training first/ help from experienced Pathologist because some of the changes are difficult to differentiate.
Simple, contact the nearest pathologist, specifically a hepatopathologist
that's a loaded reply. What seems to be the problem? your question is asking that you be trained in reporting liver slides. you either ask a Pathologist to help or you register for the next series of courses in hepato-pathology.

To study/interpret liver biopsy,of course you needto know normal liver histology.Then firstly you need to focus on architecture,whether,maintained or disarrayed.then comment on adequacy,i.e.,number of portal areas.it should be not less than 8,some say 5 is also adequate ,depending upon the expertise.then describe
1.portal areas
2.comment on fibrosis,portal,periportal,septal,pericellular,bridging(c-c)or(p-p)or(p-c)
3.necrosis; patchy,diffuse or bridging
4.hepatocytes ;any changelike ballooning,feathery degeneration,cholestasis,etc,etc.
5.terminal hepatic venule ;dilated,normal or any centrivenular change
6.other vessels;any change
7 sinusoidal changes
8.Any adaptive change
9.special stains like MTC& RETICULIN should be asked for proper interpretation of fibrosis
10.clinical correlation is must before validating the report.
If you are not board-sertified pathologist it is highly unlikely to be able to do that. The only think that you will be able to learn in reasonably short time is to discriminate between positive and negative staining with immunohistochemistry. However to be sure in your decision you will always need the advice of an experienced pathologist.
