I am standardising and in house ELISA (indirect ELISA). I have coated my ELISA plate (NUNC maxisorp) with virus diluted in carbonate-bicarbonate buffer (pH- 9.6)-- overnight at 4C. Blocked with 1% blotto (skimmed milk) at 37C for 1 hour.
What stabilising agent I should add to increase shelf life of coated plates to upto 6 months?
