Dear Maxent users,
I also have just started playing with this new version of Maxent. As a default, running Maxent 3.4 with dismo gives raw, cumulative and Cloglog predictions (I am talking about species_samplePredictions.csv). I would like to hear from experienced users: how to specify outputformat to "logistic" so that I can get the results comparable to earlier versions of Maxent or even better how to get results in all possible output formats i.e. raw, cumulative, logistic and cloglog?

It seems it is possible to specify the output format by adding argument (args ="outputformat='desired output format in my case logistic'") but there's no way to get both logistic and cloglog predictions at one go. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Phillips et. al have discussed in detail about complementary log-log (cloglog) transform, which is now a default output format in Maxent 3.4 in their software note: Opening the black box: an open-source release of Maxent available at http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/ecog.03049/epdf
