Dear Friends, Grand Success. The 113th finding in my TOU is that : It is indeed the lowest-energy neutrinos which create time in the universe. Taking, the size of an average neutrino in the universe to be 10^-44 sq cm, and the energy to be 60 eV and the total number of neutrinos in the observable universe = 1.298 x 10^79 and the radius of the observable universe to be 46.508 Billion light years, it is calculated that the observable universe formed 13.7565 Billion years back; which agrees with the current estimates of 13.787 Billion years.
