I have started using comsol Multiphysics 5.2. However, I have not found Graphene material in add material section. Can anyone suggest How to simulate Graphene with other material in the same version?

in material section, you can add your material.
so, if you know the graphene properties such as relative permeability and permittivity, etc, you can add your material easily.

In COMSOL, I believe you can model graphene by using it as a surface current (surface conductivity as a function of frequency and chemical potential). Since single layer graphene is very thin, it can be used as such a boundary condition that will reduce the simulation time significantly.
By Adding new material and then assigning attributes such as conductivity, permittivity, magnetic properties, mechanical properties like stress and strain and then thickness dependent relevant stuff.
