DO you want to run thermal simulations or design simulations for your model. For thermal simuation use FLUENT.

btw in which software did you model your "arc chamber".

export file as iges format to icem cfd and then create mesh in it. Later you can export it to fluent for simulation

but i dont the steps in CFD after meshing n don know how the perfect meshing can done?

see there is no perfect meshing.... just export your model in IGES format to ICEM CFD for meshing purposes.... and then create surfaces using the geometry selection button and create entities on whic boundary conditions have to be imposed

. Then select the create meshh button and create volumetric mesh accordingly.... then save the generated mesh and then it can be exported to fluent for analysis
