so my question is about chemilumiscence.
So when I use a rabbit primary antibody for.my phosphorylated protein, put the rb-HRP 2. antibody on it and envelope it with ECL-solution, is it possible after that to also show my unphosphorylated protein bounf with a mouse antibody, without any overlapping of the mouse and rabbit signal? Or does anything I allready envelope with ECL stay on the blot "forever"? Thanks!

It is possible to "strip" the signal off the blot and reprobe it. You can find stripping protocols on-line. However, I think you would be better off preparing two separate blots, one for each antibody. The result will probably be cleaner.
