First download the dem and fill option in arc gis. Simply just click and fill this image convert the aspect and slope, also reclassify the dem images. Finally measure the weighted value in every class(aspect,slope and dem image) and now calculate the raster in every pixel highest and lowest value. shown the map landslide area in deferent pixels. All process are applying in arc gis.
