thats kind of not possible.. I have patients samples, collected in EDTA tubes about 2 yrs back stored at -20deg.

I actually am not worried about anything else .. just want to get rid of cellular components .. even if it is with haemoglobins etc .. am going to try filtering by 0.2 microns tommorow to remove cellular components..
