I am learning basics of FPGA and I need to know that how actually we can send data from our PC to FPGA using ethernet?
I have checked on some links, and they are mentioning some thing about IP Core. I don't know what exactly that means?
My question is about the configurations when sending the data from pc to FPGA.

probably you can do it with a proper IP core + physical interface (something that is able to handle the physical level of the Ethernet). Maybe take a look to this for inspiration: https://www.fpga4fun.com/10BASE-T0.html
First, you need a "physical layer", it's a component that converts the elctrical signal from the FPGA to the proper electrical level for Ethernet (and the reverse).
Second, you need a module that handle the Ethernet protocol. This module can be an external component, in that case, it's often in the same component than theh physical layer. Or it can be a module inside your FPGA. This kind of module are often called "IP", stands for "Intellectual Property", because others designed it, you can use it but it may be under license.
The module that handle the protocol will generate the Ethernet frames from the data you want to send, and the MAC adress of this module.
If you are talking about moderate data rate (below few Mbits/sec), the easiest solution might be using Raspberry Pi or Arduino interfaced to Ethernet, UDP or TCP/IP protocol . You can use SPI or even 8..16bit bit parallel data transfer from them to the FPGA.
You can also have a look at e.g. Zynq series of boards. They will give you much higher data rate, if needed.

To transmit data between two platforms they must be equipped with the same communication set ups. This means that the FPGA must have also Ethernet communication transceiver with an Ethernet port. This is a second layer data link communication system. So, if the FPGA do not have this Ethernet communication device you must create this device by designing and implementing such Ethernet communication interface in the FPGA chip. This is accomplished by using already designed FPGA Ethernet in form of software that can be directly implemented on the intended FPGA. These factory ready made designs are termed COREs as a trademark of XILINIX FPGA fabricator.
